账号与个人资料

我们处理账号标识、用户名或昵称，以及你提供的邮箱，用于登录验证、展示个人资料和管理访问权限。账号信息与所属组织、项目及成员角色关联。

项目与设备信息

提供监测、历史趋势、远程控制和自动化功能时，服务会处理相关项目、设备、配置、读数和操作记录。可查看的信息及可执行的操作由设备能力和项目权限决定。具有相应权限的组织或项目成员可以访问相关业务资料。

通过 Apple 登录

当你选择通过 Apple 登录时，我们处理 Apple 返回的账号标识、经授权的邮箱及用于验证登录的授权信息。Apple 登录使用 Apple 的服务，你也可以选择 Apple 提供的隐藏邮箱功能。

相机与相册权限

扫描项目或设备二维码时，App 会请求使用相机，或读取你主动选择的二维码图片。你可以拒绝这些权限，也可以在系统设置中修改授权；拒绝后仍可使用无需扫码的其他功能。

运行服务与第三方组件

App 使用 DCloud uni-app 运行组件，并在你选择 Apple 登录时使用 Apple 身份验证服务。服务运行还依赖网络、服务器和存储服务。权限提示与第三方服务的适用说明可帮助你了解相关数据处理。

信息保留与账号删除

我们为提供账号和项目服务处理相关信息。你可以在“我的”或账号设置中选择“删除账号”，验证身份后发起删除。若你是组织的唯一所有者，需要先转移组织所有权。

删除个人账号涉及个人资料和登录关联；组织、设备及其业务记录属于独立资料，不会因某一成员删除账号而一并删除。关于数据保留、备份处理或其他删除请求，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。

你的选择

你可以在个人资料中修改昵称和邮箱，在系统设置中管理相机及相册权限，并通过账号删除入口管理个人账号。关于信息查询、更正、删除或隐私问题，你可以联系我们。

This notice covers the account, project and equipment services in YenGear Cloud. The service is operated by Hunan YenGear Tech Co., Ltd.

Account and profile

We process your account identifier, username or nickname, and the email address you provide to authenticate you, display your profile and manage access. Your account is associated with your organizations, projects and member roles.

Projects and equipment

Monitoring, historical trends, remote controls and automation use the relevant project, equipment, configuration, readings and operation records. Equipment capabilities and project permissions determine what you can view and operate. Organization or project members with the required permissions can access the relevant business information.

Sign in with Apple

When you choose Sign in with Apple, we process the account identifier, authorized email address and authorization information returned by Apple to verify your sign-in. This feature uses Apple services. You can also choose the Hide My Email option offered by Apple.

Camera and photo permissions

To scan a project or equipment QR code, the app requests access to the camera or the QR code image you select. You can deny these permissions or change them in system settings. Other features that do not require scanning remain available.

Service components

The app uses the DCloud uni-app runtime and Apple authentication services when you choose Sign in with Apple. Operating the service also requires network, server and storage services. Permission prompts and the applicable third-party service notices provide further information about their data processing.

Retention and account deletion

We process information to provide account and project services. You can select Delete account under your profile or account settings and verify your identity to request deletion. If you are the sole owner of an organization, transfer its ownership first.

Personal account deletion covers the personal profile and linked sign-ins. Organization, equipment and business records are separate information and are not deleted when an individual member deletes their account. Contact us at the address below about retention, backup handling or other deletion requests.

Your choices

You can edit your nickname and email address in your profile, manage camera and photo permissions in system settings, and use the account deletion option to manage your personal account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask a privacy question.
